KAB (Kent Association for the Blind) – Fundraising Award
The Bands fund rising efforts on behalf of KAB (Kent Association for the Blind) were recognised at the Heart of KAB Awards 2026 held on 18th June at the Mercure Great Danes Hotel. We were shortlisted as finalist.
Quote from KAB Facebook Page “Our finalist in this category is the Orpington Band, whose former conductor and musical director, Roy, was a client of KAB and an inspiration to other band members. For over 6 years, the Band has been supporting KAB through annual carol concerts and we’re so grateful for their ongoing support.”
